Position Summary...
The Senior Manager, Construction-DS, leads the execution and delivery of construction projects, ensuring completion on schedule, within scope, and budget. This role directs contractors and design partners to maintain compliance with Walmart’s standards and applicable regulations. It involves proactive risk management, cross-functional collaboration, and oversight of project governance from pre-construction through closeout. The position drives process improvements, enforces quality control, and manages vendor performance while fostering a high-performing team environment. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to align construction activities with operational priorities and enterprise goals.The team leads complex construction projects in electric vehicles, depots, and automated parcel delivery systems, ensuring alignment with business goals. What you'll do...
- Lead construction project execution to ensure completion on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
- Direct contractors, architects, and engineers to maintain compliance with plans, specifications, and standards.
- Review and approve construction documents, submittals, and change orders to align with design and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project governance by identifying risks, resolving issues, and driving cross-functional decisions to maintain progress.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to monitor quality, schedule, and compliance throughout project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align construction activities with operational priorities and enterprise standards.
- Drive process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and document best practices for consistent execution.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
