Role summary:The Senior Manager, Project Management, is responsible for developing and documenting processes for executing complex, cross-functional projects and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. About the team:
The team leads end-of-life asset replacement programs for Realty projects, capital planning, and vendor management for planned maintenance activities. They provide regular budget and project updates to management while driving program management excellence through cross-functional leadership and effective communication. Focused on measurable outcomes, the team collaborates with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that optimize resources and enhance operational processes. Committed to integrity and strategic planning, they ensure successful execution of enterprise-wide programs, supporting sustained growth and operational efficiency across the organization.
What you'll do:
- Content creation and documentation of processes managing capital programs with cross-functional projects and multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage project resources, schedules, budgets, and documentation while monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed.
- Provide supervision, coaching, and development opportunities to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership to align project goals with business needs and communicate status updates effectively.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Promote adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with strong project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and communicate business plans, priorities, and performance standards.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
