What you'll do...
- Lead and oversee complex investigations across multiple business segments, utilizing specialized techniques to gather and analyze evidence.
- Establish and maintain relationships with business units, legal counsel, and external agencies to support investigative strategies and risk mitigation.
- Develop and execute proactive investigation plans by analyzing data trends and identifying vulnerabilities and potential risks.
- Prepare comprehensive investigative reports and present findings to business units and regulatory authorities.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop investigative team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements throughout all investigative processes.

- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring, developing, and managing investigative teams.
- Ability to communicate investigative findings effectively to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products and foundational knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) applications to support investigative strategies, evidence collection, and reporting for business units.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
