What you'll do:
- Lead the design, integration, and implementation of automation systems to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Analyze data to develop insights, test hypotheses, and influence strategic decisions using advanced analytics and visualization tools.
- Manage multiple projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and resolve technical challenges.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by applying Lean Six Sigma principles to optimize processes and workflows.
- Document project plans, status reports, and integration tests to maintain clear communication and project transparency.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in automation system design, integration, and project management within supply chain or engineering environments.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and advanced analytics to drive strategic decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to apply continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen.
- Effective communication skills to present insights, influence stakeholders, and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Knowledge of process flow design, operational excellence, and engineering economics to support business case development.
- Capability to manage multiple projects, document implementation plans, and measure project performance.
- Experience mentoring and developing team members to foster talent growth and operational success.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
