Role summary:
The Senior Manager, Product Development partners with cross-functional teams to drive product initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with business strategies and customer needs. This role leads product lifecycle management, conducts root cause analysis to resolve issues, and collaborates with internal and external partners to maintain quality and compliance. By leveraging market insights and performance metrics, the position supports continuous improvement and innovation. The Senior Manager also provides leadership and development opportunities to associates, fostering a results-driven environment that upholds company values and operational excellence.

What you'll do:
  • Lead end-to-end product development by aligning cross-functional partners, driving informed decision-making, and ensuring products are delivered on time, meet quality expectations, and fulfill customer and business objectives.
  • Oversee sourcing activities, validating documentation and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business strategies.
  • Develop and monitor optimal product specifications throughout the lifecycle, conducting benchmarking and trend analysis to maintain quality and meet customer needs.
  • Drive product strategy execution by analyzing data, streamlining processes, and recommending enhancements to merchandising organization.
  • Manage multiple projects by identifying needs, removing obstacles, and adjusting plans to meet goals.
  • Provide leadership and development opportunities to associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

What you'll bring:
  • Proven expertise in managing product development initiatives and driving alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in project management, product lifecycle management, and process-driven development.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, business metrics, and customer insights to inform product strategy.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage internal and external partners effectively.
  • Experience in root cause analysis, problem-solving, and implementing solutions to meet production timelines.
  • Demonstrated capability in sourcing management and ensuring data accuracy for audit and reporting purposes.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or related field and 4 years’ experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or
related area OR 6 years’ experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area.
