Role summary:As a Senior Data Analyst at Walmart, you will leverage advanced data management and analytical expertise to identify, assess, and interpret complex business data across multiple domains. About the team:
The Walmart+ Core Ops & Strategy Enablement Data team develops scalable tools that transform complex data into actionable insights. They conduct detailed analyses and design rigorous experimentation frameworks to support strategic initiatives. Collaborating with cross-functional partners, the team delivers advanced insights that reveal performance drivers beyond standard reporting. Leveraging expertise in big data, SQL, Python, and Tableau, they enable data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. This team leads projects end-to-end, manages stakeholder relationships, and fosters a culture of learning and innovation to drive impactful results across the Walmart+ ecosystem.
What you'll do:
- Bring data to life through compelling storytelling, translating complex insights into clear narratives that resonate with senior stakeholders and shape the direction of Walmart+ strategy.
- Build scalable data foundations and consumption tools by transforming complex data into clean, automated pipelines and reusable assets that power self-service insights across teams.
- Design intuitive dashboards and reporting experiences that go beyond descriptive metrics, enabling cross-functional teams to explore performance deeply and understand the underlying drivers and "why" behind results.
- Partner closely with Acquisition, Retention, Operations, Member Care, and other cross-functional teams to deeply understand their strategic priorities and translate them into tailored insights.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
