Position Summary...

The (USA) Manager I, Asset Protection - All DC/FC is responsible for leading asset protection initiatives across distribution and fulfillment centers. What you'll do...


  • Lead asset protection efforts to prevent loss, theft, and security breaches across the distribution center.
  • Conduct investigations, audits, and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with facility management to enforce compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Utilize data analytics and visualization tools to monitor trends, improve processes, and support decision-making.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance team knowledge of asset protection policies and emergency response.
  • Manage access control procedures and oversee installation of security and surveillance systems.
  • Foster partnerships with stakeholders to align asset protection strategies with business objectives.

What you'll bring:
  • Proven experience in asset protection, loss prevention, and emergency response within large operational environments.
  • Strong knowledge of standard operating procedures, safety standards, and environmental compliance requirements.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and implement process improvements using digital tools and technology.
  • Skilled in conducting investigations, security audits, and managing risk assessments to mitigate loss and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills to influence and collaborate across departments.
  • Demonstrated leadership in training delivery, coaching, and fostering a safety culture aligned with organizational goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $73,500.00 - $106,500.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
- Stock

Minimum Qualifications...

2 years' experience in Retail, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing environment.
Option 1: Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Occupational Safety Management, Audit, or related field;, AND 1 years' experience in the field of Asset Protection, Audit, Investigations, or Environmental, Health and Safety within Supply Chain, Retail, and Manufacturing, or related field.
Option 2: 3 years' experience in the field of Asset Protection, Audit, Investigations, Safety or Environmental, Health and Safety within Supply Chain, Retail, Manufacturing, or related field.
