Role summary:The Senior Manager, People, leads the execution of strategic human resource initiatives to support business objectives by driving organizational change, enhancing performance, and fostering a collaborative team environment. This role oversees talent development, compliance, and data-driven decision-making while promoting ethical standards and operational excellence. By partnering with business leaders, the position ensures effective resource allocation, continuous improvement, and a positive workplace culture that supports associate engagement and growth. The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to achieve measurable results.
About the team:
The team consists of People Business Partners supporting Global Technology functions by aligning human resources strategies with business goals. They focus on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational change while collaborating with stakeholders to implement project management and ensure policy compliance. Emphasizing strategic and succession planning alongside performance management, the team drives continuous development. Leveraging strong business acumen and leadership, they foster a high-performing environment that advances operational excellence and supports the company’s global objectives across multiple functions.
What you'll do:
- Lead execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to enhance performance.
- Supervise and develop associates through training, mentoring, performance evaluations, and recognition.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and legal regulations while promoting a culture of integrity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Define and advise on human resources strategies aligned with business goals and organizational change initiatives.
- Analyze HR and business data to inform decisions, identify risks, and recommend improvements.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and high-performing team environment focused on talent development and engagement.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in human resource management with a focus on organizational change and talent planning.
- Strong ability to analyze data and apply insights to improve business performance and compliance.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
