About the team:
The Global Procurement team supports Realty, parts, materials, facility services, and safety, focusing on delivering value across the business. This team leads strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and risk mitigation to optimize supply chain performance. By leveraging financial acumen and negotiation expertise, the team drives category strategies and process improvements. Collaboration with internal and external partners ensures effective execution of procurement plans aligned with business goals. The team fosters a culture of integrity, continuous improvement, and operational excellence to support Walmart’s commitment to sustainable and efficient procurement practices worldwide.
What you'll do:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance.
  • Lead supplier relationship management, including risk mitigation, performance evaluation, and contract compliance.
  • Drive category strategy execution by identifying savings opportunities and managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Oversee negotiation strategies to secure favorable terms and long-term value for the organization.
  • Utilize advanced analytics to inform decision-making and enhance procurement processes.
  • Foster continuous improvement and innovation within procurement operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication of procurement goals.

  • Extensive experience in procurement management with proven expertise in supplier and vendor relationship management.
  • Strong financial acumen to analyze costs, forecast performance, and develop business-centric solutions aligned with strategic goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Option 2: 10 years’ experience in procurement strategy, contract management, analytics, or related field and 5 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams/projects
