Role summary:
As the Senior Manager, UX Design, you will lead the development and execution of user experience strategies that enhance interaction design and customer satisfaction. This role requires collaboration across cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions informed by user research and data analysis. You will oversee user discovery, usability testing, and prototyping efforts while managing stakeholder relationships to align design initiatives with business goals. Your leadership will foster continuous improvement, ensuring scalable, user-centered design solutions that deliver measurable value and elevate the overall customer experience.

What you'll do:
  • Lead user experience design initiatives by conducting user research, interviews, and site visits to gather actionable insights.
  • Develop and refine interaction designs, user journeys, and storyboards to enhance product usability and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align UX strategies with business goals and market needs.
  • Drive usability testing and iterate designs based on qualitative and quantitative data to optimize user satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain design standards, templates, and prototypes to ensure consistency and scalability across platforms.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement.

What you'll bring:
  • Extensive experience in user experience (UX) design, including user research, interaction design, and prototyping.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods, data analysis, and usability testing.
  • Expertise in designing user journeys, storyboards, and contextual inquiries to enhance product experiences.
  • Demonstrated skills in project management, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering team development.
  • Ability to synthesize research findings into actionable design improvements aligned with business goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 5 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area. Option 2: 7 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
