Role summary:
The Manager, Business Analysis and Insights, leads the coordination and execution of analytical initiatives to support business strategies and stakeholder objectives. This role involves developing strong relationships with key partners, delivering data-driven insights, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. The position requires overseeing team development, ensuring compliance with company standards, and providing actionable recommendations based on comprehensive data analysis. The successful candidate will drive continuous learning and adaptability while promoting accountability and collaboration to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency across the organization.
About the team:
The Complex Order Management team oversees Walmart’s order management systems, supporting end-to-end order processes across multiple platforms. This cross-functional team collaborates with vendors, replenishment, eCommerce, and distribution center associates to ensure accurate purchase order creation and execution. The team focuses on reducing order defects, minimizing manual interventions, and preventing excess inventory. Balancing current production support with future modernization, the team designs scalable solutions to enhance order management. Strong ownership, effective stakeholder collaboration, and commitment to building reliable systems are central to delivering seamless order operations that strengthen Walmart’s retail business.
What you'll do:

• Lead business analysis initiatives by collaborating with key stakeholders to identify goals, measure progress, and address improvement opportunities.
• Provide data-driven insights and market research to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
• Oversee and develop team members through mentoring, training, and performance management to build accountability and capability.
• Manage processes to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and accurate reporting across business functions.
• Utilize advanced analytics and data visualization tools to extract, analyze, and communicate actionable insights.
• Support customer service by resolving issues and delivering timely, accurate information and recommendations.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in business analysis, data analysis, and advanced analytics to support strategic decision-making.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
• Proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools to communicate insights clearly.
• Expertise in process improvement and business process management to enhance operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills to provide guidance and recommendations based on data-driven insights.
• Accountability in managing projects, meeting objectives, and driving continuous learning and adaptability.
• Knowledge of SQL programming for data extraction and analysis.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
