Role summary:

About the team:
The Product Development team leads cross-functional initiatives to advance product strategies from concept through lifecycle management. Collaborating with internal and external partners, the team ensures alignment, resolves challenges, and meets production timelines. Utilizing data analysis, industry benchmarking, and clear communication, the team supports business objectives and enhances product quality. Members focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and delivering value through effective product plans. The team maintains high standards of integrity and operational excellence while fostering a collaborative environment dedicated to achieving results and supporting organizational goals.
What you'll do:
  • Lead product development initiatives by managing communications with internal and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Oversee sourcing activities, validating documentation and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business strategies.
  • Develop and monitor product specifications throughout the lifecycle, conducting benchmarking and resolving issues to maintain quality standards.
  • Direct product strategy implementation by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and business impact to recommend enhancements.
  • Drive execution of business plans by identifying needs, removing obstacles, and measuring performance against objectives.
  • Mentor and develop associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

  • Proven expertise in managing product development through all lifecycle stages, ensuring quality and alignment with business strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to meet production timelines.
  • Experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions to resolve product issues.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and benchmark industry standards to inform product strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal and external partners and provide clear updates.
  • Demonstrated capability in developing business plans, tracking performance metrics, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Leadership experience in mentoring and developing team members to achieve high performance.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or related field and 4 years’ experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or
