The Senior Manager, Controllership, leads the preparation and oversight of annual budgets, financial reporting, and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The External Financial Reporting team is essential in supporting SEC filings and quarterly earnings releases by ensuring accurate and complete financial reporting. Collaborating with global controllership and cross-functional partners such as Investor Relations, Legal, Tax, Treasury, and Finance teams, the team maintains high standards of compliance and integrity. Strong leadership engagement encourages skill development and continuous improvement. This collaborative environment fosters professional growth and teamwork, driving excellence in financial reporting and external disclosures aligned with company values and regulatory requirements.
What you'll do...
- Manage the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets, providing recommendations for senior management approval.
- Oversee financial reporting, balance sheet accounts, and audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Analyze financial data, investigate variances, and communicate business impacts within regulatory frameworks.
- Ensure adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley Act and other reporting compliance requirements.
- Lead multiple business plans and projects by identifying needs, setting priorities, and measuring performance.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Promote company policies, ethics, and integrity while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
