What you'll do...
The Market Planning and Strategy team is responsible for understanding merchants and leading campaigns to execute strategic initiatives. Our mission is to drive impactful marketing strategies that align with business goals and optimize reporting to ensure success. As the Senior Manager of Market Planning and Strategy, you will partner with channels, creative teams, and other parts of marketing to deliver comprehensive marketing plans. You will stay close to the business and act as a strategic partner.- Lead Campaigns: Understand merchants and lead campaigns to execute strategy.
- Collaborate: Partner with channels, creative teams, and other parts of marketing to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Optimize Reporting: Analyze results and optimize reporting to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Business Partnership: Stay close to the business and act as their partner to ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
- Services Partnering: Collaborate with the services partnering team across various domains including financial services, health & wellness, pharmacy, vision center, and merchandising.
- Strategic and Tactical Skills: Be strategic but also able to dig into the details.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to articulate ideas and strategies effectively.
- Marketing Experience: Proven experience in marketing, including brief writing and developing comprehensive marketing plans.
- Relationship and Partnership Skills: Strong relationship and partnership skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Motivation: Highly motivated and able to drive initiatives forward.
- Jump into high-priority initiatives with immediate visibility and exposure to senior leadership
- Tackle complex, ambiguous business challenges alongside a highly collaborative, cross-functional team

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
