About the team:
The eCommerce Fulfillment team leads Sam’s Club’s comprehensive fulfillment strategy, ensuring timely delivery to members. This team transforms a network of over 600 clubs and advanced fulfillment centers into agile, efficient hubs that bring inventory closer to members. Members of this team analyze operational data to enhance delivery speed and reduce costs, proactively address fulfillment challenges, and collaborate with Product, Finance, Operations, and Merchandising to develop future-ready data and automation systems. Their efforts drive significant efficiencies that enhance member value and strengthen Sam’s Club’s position in customer-focused logistics.
What you'll do:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive business strategies to drive growth and operational efficiency.
- Analyze market trends, performance metrics, and competitive data to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with retail, supply chain, and product teams to align initiatives with organizational goals.
- Oversee project management activities ensuring timely delivery and resource optimization.
- Provide thought leadership and guidance to senior stakeholders on business planning and performance improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators and recommend actionable insights to enhance business outcomes.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
