Our team collaborates closely with Global Tech and Global Product & Design as People Partners, supporting key Global People initiatives focused on Listening, Associate Experience, and Workforce Strategy. We coordinate efforts to enhance organizational effectiveness by managing communication, scheduling, and project coordination with precision. The team values strong partnerships and effective information flow to support leadership and business goals. Through dedicated administrative and operational support, we contribute to a productive and well-organized work environment that aligns with company standards and promotes continuous improvement.
What you'll do:
  • Manage complex calendars for leadership and high-level visitors, coordinating appointments and prioritizing business needs.
  • Plan and schedule company and business-related events, ensuring resource availability and cost efficiency.
  • Prepare and coordinate pre-travel arrangements and business requirements for associates and guests.
  • Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of leadership, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Compile, forecast, and reconcile financial and business data, managing expense reports and invoices accurately.
  • Serve as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders, resolving requests and escalating issues as needed.
  • Mentor and guide other assistants, sharing best practices and supporting team development.

  • Strong project and event management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource coordination within established timelines.
  • Excellent communication abilities to draft, edit, and deliver clear written and verbal correspondence on behalf of leadership.
  • Experience handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining ethical standards in all business practices.
  • Proficiency in financial data management, including expense reporting, forecasting, and risk identification.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and provide expert guidance to support business objectives.
  • Demonstrated adaptability to organizational changes and commitment to continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $50,000.00 - $95,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
