The team develops innovative products that enable the merchandising group to curate localized assortments efficiently and competitively, enhancing customer convenience and value. Focused on continuous improvement, the team uses data-driven insights to optimize interaction designs and deliver seamless solutions. Collaboration across functions ensures scalable, user-centered products that address evolving market needs while upholding high standards of quality and performance.
What you'll do:

• Lead the development and execution of user experience strategies informed by comprehensive user research and data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align UX design initiatives with business objectives and market trends.
• Oversee the creation of user journeys, storyboards, and prototypes to enhance interaction design and usability.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating user feedback and testing outcomes to refine design solutions.
• Manage and mentor UX design teams, fostering professional growth and adherence to design standards.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships to support innovation and effective delivery of customer-centric products.

What you'll bring:

• Extensive expertise in user experience design, including user research, journey mapping, and interaction design principles.

• Strong skills in synthesizing qualitative and quantitative research to inform design strategies and continuous improvement.

• Proficiency in driving usability testing, prototyping, and visual design to deliver scalable, user-centered solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership in talent development, mentoring, and fostering a culture of integrity and high performance.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 6 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area. Option 2: 8 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.
3 years’ supervisory experience.
