What you'll do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies to drive long-term business growth and profitability.
- Manage profit and loss responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to meet targets.
- Lead supplier negotiations, establish terms, and monitor performance to ensure optimal partnerships and pricing.
- Oversee assortment planning, modular layouts, and item lifecycle management to align with customer needs and business goals.
- Guide and develop team members through coaching, performance management, and career development initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align channel strategies and support omni-channel customer experiences.
- Utilize data analytics to inform decisions, optimize pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in category management, merchandising, and supplier negotiations within complex retail environments.
- Strong financial management skills, including profit and loss ownership, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, driving engagement and performance.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
