What you'll do:
- Redesign and simplify safety processes to improve consistency, speed, and field adoption across stores.
- Drive change initiatives by assessing readiness, managing expectations, and ensuring successful adoption across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to evaluate programs, recommend improvements, and communicate strategic direction to stakeholders.
- Promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and safety standards while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Develop rollout strategies and create clear communications, training materials, and guidance that ensure new initiatives are understood and sustained in the field.
- Establish routines and controls that reinforce compliance, ownership, and continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
