Position Summary...
What you'll do...
Role summary:You will lead the design of tools and experiences that help sellers succeed on Walmart Marketplace at scale. You will partner with product, engineering, and research to shape strategy, apply research insights, and simplify complex workflows. You will create prototypes to explore ideas, validate solutions, and communicate design intent. You will set a high bar for design craft, mentor other designers, and drive alignment across teams. Your work will improve the end-to-end seller experience while supporting business growth and delivering better outcomes for customers.
About the team:
We are part of Walmart Marketplace, the team that enables third-party sellers to bring their products to millions of customers on Walmart online. We design the end-to-end seller experience, from onboarding and listing to pricing, fulfillment, and performance insights, so sellers can grow their business with confidence. Our work focuses on simplifying complex workflows, building intuitive tools, and supporting sellers at every stage of their journey. By helping sellers succeed, we expand selection for customers and contribute to a faster-growing, more dynamic marketplace.
What you'll do:
- Lead end-to-end design for seller-facing tools and workflows
- Translate research insights into clear, usable solutions
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes
- Simplify complex systems into intuitive experiences
- Partner closely with product, engineering, and research
- Drive alignment across teams and stakeholders
- Set and uphold a high bar for design quality and craft
- Mentor and provide feedback to other designers
- Contribute to and evolve design systems and patterns
- Validate designs through testing and iteration

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 5 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.
