The Labor and Employment Legal team delivers essential guidance and support to the business, with the senior coordinator team managing administrative and operational tasks such as data entry, accurate logging and tracking of filings and appeals. This team collaborates closely with internal partners to ensure organized and timely communication and reporting of trends. Upholding high standards of integrity and accountability, the team fosters professionalism and respect. Committed to continuous improvement, they leverage tools to enhance efficiency. The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 - $28.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
