What you'll do:
  • Support supplier negotiations and manage purchase orders for assigned categories.
  • Assist merchants in resolving supplier issues and setting up new suppliers for stores and online.
  • Execute customer communication and education programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor category performance through data analysis and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Develop and implement feature proposals and promotional strategies across channels.
  • Maintain accurate product content and support item setup and pricing decisions.
  • Collaborate with modular teams to optimize assortment and store layouts.
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to drive business solutions and continuous improvement.

What you'll bring:
  • Proven experience in vendor relationship management and supplier negotiations within retail or e-commerce environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data analysis tools to derive insights and support category strategy.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage supplier and vendor interactions.
  • Knowledge of category administration, including purchase order management and item setup processes.
  • Ability to support budgeting, forecasting, and sales performance tracking aligned with business objectives.
  • Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in product content and search query management.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
