What you'll do:

• Lead business analysis initiatives by gathering, evaluating, and communicating data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to align business objectives and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Oversee the creation and monitoring of key performance indicators to measure progress and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage processes ensuring efficiency, compliance, and accuracy in reporting and data analysis.
• Provide mentorship and development opportunities to team members, fostering accountability and continuous learning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support business strategies and promote effective communication of market and operational insights.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in business analysis, data analysis, and advanced analytics to support strategic decision-making.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
• Expertise in interpreting key performance indicators (KPIs) and quantitative analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills to convey insights and recommendations clearly to belonging audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage business processes, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
• Experience mentoring and developing team members to foster accountability and continuous learning.
• Proficiency in research and analytics to provide actionable market and business insights.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
