Role summary:The Manager, Incubation & Onboarding leads the development and execution of marketplace strategies, ensuring seamless partner onboarding and operational excellence. This role oversees daily eCommerce operations, customer service, and site maintenance while managing relationships with internal teams. By driving continuous improvements and resolving technical challenges, the manager enhances seller satisfaction and marketplace performance. The position also focuses on fostering collaboration, and upholding ethical standards to support business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic, data-informed environment.
About the team:
The team leads the activation and onboarding of Marketplace Sellers to Walmart Fulfillment Services, ensuring seamless integration and high satisfaction. They manage end-to-end processes including account setup, product uploads, and technical support. Collaborating across functions, the team drives continuous improvements in onboarding standards and marketplace operations. They uphold ethical standards and foster strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders. Focused on operational excellence, the team supports seller success through effective communication, agile methodologies, and customer relationship management, contributing to Walmart’s commitment to delivering value and superior service.
What you'll do:
- Oversee marketplace strategy, forecasting, and performance to meet short- and long-term objectives.
- Manage day-to-day eCommerce operations, including site maintenance, product updates, and merchandising accuracy.
- Lead end-to-end partner onboarding, ensuring smooth account setup, product integration, and pricing accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive marketplace results and resolve technical challenges.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships, supporting plans to meet business and customer needs.
- Provide supervision, coaching, and development opportunities for associates to build a high-performing team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in managing customer relationships and marketplace operations with a focus on performance metrics and strategic objectives.
- Strong expertise in client onboarding processes, including account creation, product integration, and technical support.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage external partnerships to drive business results.

Bellevue, Washington US-11663: The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
