What you'll do:
- Manage multiple mechanical construction projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Oversee construction budgets by reviewing preconstruction estimates, tracking expenditures, and approving payments and change orders.
- Coordinate equipment deliveries by verifying engineering specifications and collaborating with suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
- Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations, enforcing standards and resolving noncompliance issues.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders through regular reporting and meetings.
- Lead and develop project teams by assigning responsibilities, providing coaching, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Identify and remove obstacles impacting project performance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll bring:
- Extensive experience managing mechanical construction projects from inception to closeout, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
- Proven ability to develop, review, and manage construction budgets, including preconstruction estimates and contractor payments.
- Strong knowledge of compliance standards, regulations, and enforcement within construction environments.
- Expertise in coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure project success.
- Excellent communication skills to provide clear project status updates and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and developing team members to achieve performance goals.
- Proficiency in project management and construction management principles, including HVAC systems and budget analysis.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
