What you'll do:
  • Coordinate and schedule projects, events, and meetings with minimal supervision, ensuring efficient use of resources and timelines.
  • Manage complex calendars for leadership and teams, anticipating needs and prioritizing appointments effectively.
  • Prepare and edit written communications, reports, and presentations on behalf of leadership.
  • Arrange travel, process expense reports, and handle financial data with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Serve as a liaison for associates and guests, providing administrative support and resolving inquiries promptly.
  • Identify process improvements and support implementation of business solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and information flow.

What you'll bring:
  • Proven experience in calendar management, scheduling, and coordinating complex travel arrangements with minimal supervision.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools to prepare and maintain accurate business and financial reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to draft, edit, and manage correspondence on behalf of leadership.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple requests, anticipate needs, and coordinate resources efficiently within established timelines.
  • Demonstrated skill in administrative support, expense report processing, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Aptitude for process improvement and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.

The annual salary range for this position is $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
