As a Senior Manager for pricing analytics, you’ll help shape how we price and compete—improving affordability for customers while optimizing reimbursement performance and long-term profitability. What you’ll do:- Lead pricing strategy & frameworks: Develop and evolve pricing strategies that balance customer affordability, reimbursement risk, and financial performance.
- Quantify pricing impact: Measure effects on reimbursement mix, script volume, customer retention, and profitability.
- Advanced analytics & modeling: Build and refine elasticity models, reimbursement forecasting, scenario models, and cost-to-serve analyses using large datasets (claims, payer mix, rebates, DIR fees, acquisition costs, etc.).
- Partner to productionize models: Collaborate with Data Science to operationalize models and ensure outputs are scalable and actionable.
- Pharmacy economics & reimbursement optimization: Analyze ingredient cost trends, wholesaler agreements, payer contract structures, and reimbursement variability to identify margin optimization opportunities while maintaining compliance and customer trust.
- Cross-functional leadership: Serve as a strategic thought partner to Pharmacy Operations, Finance, Merchandising, Compliance, Payer Relations, and Strategy teams.
- Testing & performance monitoring: Design pricing pilots/experiments, define KPIs, and build dashboards to monitor margin performance, reimbursement trends, script growth, and customer impact.
- Proven experience leading pricing, revenue, or margin analytics in a complex environment (pharmacy, healthcare, retail, or similarly regulated/contracted industries preferred).
- Strong command of financial modeling, scenario analysis, and translating ambiguity into structured decisions.
- Experience working with large, messy datasets and building models that stand up to scrutiny (assumption validation, sensitivity testing, risk identification).
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders with clear storytelling and executive-ready insights.
- Track record of cross-functional partnership and driving initiatives from analysis through execution.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area. OR 6 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area.2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
