Role summary:The (USA) Manager, Project and Construction leads the planning, coordination, and execution of significant construction projects while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The manager oversees risk identification and mitigation, facilitates communication among teams and partners, and supports operational transitions. What you'll do:
- Lead and coordinate project planning, estimating, staffing, and monitoring to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
- Maintain clear communication among project teams, stakeholders, and clients to address risks and implement contingency plans.
- Oversee construction quality assurance, ensuring compliance with standards and balancing value with costs.
- Manage budgets, including preparation and monitoring of change orders and financial reports.
- Enforce construction safety and health policies, coordinating with project managers and laborers for regulatory compliance.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues and support project success.
- Supervise and develop associates through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in project and construction management, including planning, organizing, and monitoring significant projects.
- Strong skills in budget management, with the ability to prepare and oversee budgets and change orders.
- Expertise in construction quality assurance, ensuring compliance with quality standards and best practices.
- Knowledge of construction safety and health regulations, with experience implementing safety policies and conducting daily safety activities.
- Excellent relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, contractors, and team members.
- Ability to communicate clearly, manage project documentation, and coordinate project schedules.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
