The Senior Manager, Product Development leads cross-functional collaboration to drive product initiatives from concept through commercialization ensuring alignment with business strategies and quality standards. By leveraging industry insights and data analysis, the position supports strategic decision-making and continuous improvement. What you'll do...
- Lead product development initiatives by managing communications with internal and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Oversee sourcing activities, validating documentation and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business strategies.
- Develop and manage connected tech product specifications throughout the lifecycle, conducting benchmarking and quality evaluations to meet customer needs.
- Drive product strategy by analyzing market trends, providing insights, and recommending enhancements to senior leadership.
- Manage multiple projects by identifying needs, removing obstacles, and adjusting plans to achieve business objectives.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment on product initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
