What you'll do...
Role summary:The Manager, Records and Information Management, oversees adherence to regulatory requirements and ethical standards within their area of responsibility. This role involves adhering to laws and policies, developing and updating compliance strategies, and collaborating with leadership to address potential gaps. The position requires promoting compliance to legislative requirements, conducting impact analyses, and providing expert guidance on regulatory trends. The manager fosters strong stakeholder relationships, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and leads a team to ensure consistent application of company policies, promoting integrity and accountability across business operations.
About the team:
The Records and Information Management team ensures consistent adherence to regulatory requirements and ethical standards across the company. This team supports compliant management of electronic and paper records, monitors laws and policies, and develops strategies to address compliance gaps. Collaborating with leadership and stakeholders, the team drives continuous improvement and effective communication of compliance initiatives. Members contribute to policy development, regulatory research, and impact assessments, fostering a culture of integrity and accountability. The team is committed to delivering results while upholding the highest standards of conduct and supporting the company’s mission and values.
What you'll do:
- Manage compliance and ethics consistency by addressing questions, monitoring regulations, and updating policies with leadership input.
- Collaborate with senior managers to communicate compliance information and identify potential gaps, recommending strategic solutions.
- Support business teams while promoting compliant collection, movement, or destruction of records.
- Oversee data management programs to track regulatory trends and support long-term forecasting and gap analysis.
- Identify, report, and resolve compliance concerns through data collection, reporting, and follow-up with relevant teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support business needs and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities to associates, fostering accountability and growth.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
