As a Distinguished Software Engineer, you will lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native AI-powered systems, ensuring architectural integrity and operational excellence. What you'll do...
- Lead design and development of scalable, cloud-native AI-powered software systems and intelligent automation components.
- Set the technical vision and lead the implementation for Developer Platform initiatives.
- Own execution and architectural integrity for specific services, ensuring alignment with domain-level strategy and enterprise standards.
- Champion full software development lifecycle, including DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and incident prevention to maintain system reliability.
- Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentorship, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and high-quality delivery.
- Identify and resolve architectural bottlenecks, automate processes, and drive improvements to enhance engineering velocity and system performance.
- Collaborate across teams to communicate complex technical concepts and support business objectives with sound technical judgment.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in designing and developing scalable, cloud-native software systems and AI-powered platforms.
- Strong technical leadership with experience owning system-level execution and delivering architectural integrity.
- Proven experience designing, building and operating developer platforms at scale.
- Deep knowledge of AI agents, platform design, and operational due diligence to ensure reliability and performance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead full software development lifecycle, including DevOps, CI/CD, and incident management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and automation to reduce operational toil.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
