What you'll do...
Role summary:The (USA) Manager, Process Improvement leads initiatives to enhance key business functions by analyzing performance data, identifying gaps, and developing sustainable solutions. This role partners with cross-functional teams to align strategies, simplify processes, and drive transformational change. The manager oversees program execution, monitors outcomes, and addresses post-implementation challenges to ensure continuous improvement. By providing expert guidance on policies and operational strategies, this position supports long-term business goals while fostering collaboration and accountability across stakeholders to deliver measurable results and promote organizational excellence.
About the team:
The team ensures Facility Services field associates have the necessary vehicles, trailers, and equipment to operate safely and meet regulatory standards. They manage vehicle lifecycle processes, including registration, licensing, maintenance, and repairs to reduce downtime. Collaborating with vendors and internal partners, the team supports offsite landscape hubs for efficient exterior services. This group maintains professional communication with associates and stakeholders, facilitates onboarding through presentations, and provides guidance on compliance standards. Their efforts are essential to sustaining operational efficiency and supporting successful field operations across multiple locations.
What you'll do:
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to drive business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze data to assess current performance, identify gaps, and recommend sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on improvement strategies and secure stakeholder buy-in.
- Lead change management efforts, managing expectations and ensuring successful adoption of new processes.
- Monitor program performance against metrics, addressing post-implementation issues and optimizing outcomes.
- Manage global projects by applying industry best practices and adapting strategies to evolving business needs.
- Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and controls to support consistent and effective process execution.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
