What you'll do:
- Apply core assessment criteria and behavioral interviewing techniques to evaluate talent aligned with business needs.
- Analyze historical data and market trends to identify and attract top candidates for targeted talent pools.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing and recruitment strategies based on internal and external intelligence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and support intake discussions with data-driven insights.
- Manage talent pipelines, leveraging multiple sourcing channels to engage and convert qualified prospects.
- Support agile project initiatives, monitor progress, and recommend process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.
- Provide consultative guidance on candidate fit, total rewards, and hiring decisions to drive optimal outcomes.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition with strong recruitment planning and stakeholder management skills.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
