Position Summary...

As a Senior Analyst, Talent Acquisition, you will leverage data-driven insights and advanced recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent aligned with business needs. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand workforce requirements, optimizing sourcing channels, and enhancing selection processes through behavioral interviewing and assessment techniques. The Tech Talent Recruitment team collaborates closely with Walmart Global Tech to attract and hire skilled technology professionals who drive innovation across the enterprise. Supporting key areas such as Corporate Technology, Tech Strategy, Corporate Services, and Global Tech Platform, the team builds high-impact groups that enable business transformation and operational excellence. Through strategic talent acquisition and relationship management, the team connects exceptional candidates with opportunities to contribute to scalable technology solutions, advancing Walmart’s global technology ecosystem and fostering continuous improvement in recruitment processes.

What you'll do...

  • Utilize behavioral interviewing techniques to assess candidates against defined business criteria and requirements.
  • Develop and implement targeted sourcing and recruitment strategies based on market insights and future skill needs.
  • Analyze historical data and talent trends to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and drive effective recruitment planning.
  • Manage talent pipelines and engage prospects to ensure timely and successful hiring outcomes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and proposing technology-enabled solutions.
  • Participate in agile project sprints, tracking progress and contributing to recruitment process enhancements.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
