Role summary:
The Manager, Operations leads multiple work streams within the operations organization by designing and executing project plans, managing timelines, and facilitating collaboration among stakeholders. About the team:
The Capacity Planning team ensures Store Fulfillment areas are designed, built, and operated to meet performance goals. This team manages the full lifecycle from demand forecasting and design approval to field execution strategy. Serving as the key connection between design, real estate, and operations, the team delivers scalable, high-performing fulfillment spaces across Walmart U.S. Members collaborate cross-functionally to optimize processes, drive project execution, and support operational excellence. The team values accountability, adaptability, and effective communication to continuously improve fulfillment capabilities and meet business objectives.
What you'll do:
  • Manage multiple operational work streams by designing project plans, organizing timelines, and facilitating stakeholder meetings to implement initiatives.
  • Develop and communicate project requirements, status updates, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery and corrective actions.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities, providing actionable recommendations aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and improve processes, tools, and strategies that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Lead and mentor associates, fostering accountability, continuous learning, and adherence to company policies and ethical standards.

  • Expertise in process improvement and resource allocation to drive cost reduction and enhance business performance.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
