The Assortment Activation team drives efficient planning and execution within Hardlines categories, ensuring key milestones are achieved with quality and timeliness. The team offers expert guidance, monitors progress, and resolves challenges to deliver consistent outcomes. Collaboration across functions supports clear communication and strategic alignment. Focused on continuous improvement, the team leverages data and digital tools to enhance execution effectiveness. What you'll do:
- Plan and balance workload assignments to optimize resource allocation and meet project milestones with quality and timeliness.
- Coordinate daily execution activities, managing timelines, dependencies, and resources to ensure seamless relay operations.
- Provide expert guidance on modular execution standards and walkthrough practices, supporting associates to maintain consistent quality.
- Track progress, identify risks, and remove obstacles to achieve deadlines and performance goals.
- Translate leadership and analyst requirements into clear, actionable execution plans with ongoing communication of updates and decisions.
- Capture feedback and performance data to drive continuous improvement and refine execution processes.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering operational excellence and growth opportunities.
What you'll bring:

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...
