Operating a multi-billion-dollar advertising business, Walmart Connect helps brands connect with customers through data-driven advertising solutions across digital and in-store experiences.
The Sales People Partner team works directly within the business, partnering closely with leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness, scale talent, and support business growth. This role plays a critical part in helping the organization build the structure, leadership capability, and workforce strategies needed to meet evolving business demands.
What you'll do...
- Partner with senior leaders to execute talent and people strategies aligned with business growth and organizational priorities
- Drive workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
- Analyze people and business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement
- Support organizational change efforts while ensuring alignment with company policies and compliance standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve team effectiveness, associate engagement, and business performance
- Experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced, high-growth, or global business environments
- Strong background in human resources strategy, organizational effectiveness, and change management
- Ability to analyze people and business data to influence workforce and operational decisions
- Experience leading talent planning, coaching leaders, and developing high-performing teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
