What you'll do...
Role summary:Provide day-to-day support for communications and associate engagement across Upstream Facility Services, a skilled maintenance organization. Help maintain core communication tools and resources, support recurring updates and key touchpoints, and coordinate logistics for meetings and calendars. Assist with recognition and engagement efforts, gather and track feedback to inform improvements, and keep team documentation organized. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency through new tools and continuous improvement.
About the team:
The team aligns Upstream Facility Services through clear priorities and consistent communication strategies. It prepares leaders and coordinates key forums such as town halls and staff meetings to foster engagement. The team manages and enhances core content platforms and communication channels, including Tech Hub/AEM, OneWalmart, newsletters, and texting tools, to increase awareness and drive action across field and home office operations. By leveraging data-driven insights and effective communication, this team supports business strategies and ensures alignment across multiple stakeholders, contributing to informed decision-making and operational excellence.
What you'll do:
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining distribution lists and branded templates
- Producing newsletter communications
- Monitoring the communications inbox
- Supporting multi-channel outreach
- Coordinating department calendars, planners, rooms, and select meeting cadences
- Capturing feedback to improve content and forums
- Driving associate engagement through recognition campaigns, awards coordination, and survey management.
- Ensuring process documentation stays organized
- Identifying opportunities to streamline work using emerging AI tools.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in data modeling and business intelligence to analyze and interpret complex datasets.
- Strong skills in documenting business requirements and creating clear, actionable reports.
- Certification from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation design abilities to convey insights effectively to varied audiences.
- Demonstrated project management experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and process improvements.
- Ability to evaluate financial data, key performance indicators, and trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Commitment to accuracy, compliance, and ethical standards in all analytical activities.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
