About the team:
The D95 Beverage Merch Execution team manages Walmart’s largest department, essential to delivering the right products to customers efficiently. This team collaborates closely with suppliers and cross-functional partners to ensure product availability aligns with customer demand and timing. The Replenishment and Inventory Solutions Manager plays a key role in maintaining trust and consistent engagement with consumers by overseeing inventory planning, forecasting, and supply chain execution. The team focuses on optimizing inventory flow, addressing supply challenges, and supporting promotional activities to enhance overall performance and customer satisfaction.
What you'll do:
- Drive sales and inventory performance through precise supply planning and vendor collaboration.
- Align forecasts and inventory flows to support product launches, promotions, and seasonal demands.
- Manage purchase orders, allocation decisions, and inventory adjustments to optimize availability.
- Lead root cause analysis and execute recovery plans to resolve out-of-stock and supply disruptions.
- Oversee inventory health by reducing understock, overstock, and aging inventory metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to position inventory strategically at the lowest cost.
- Provide leadership by mentoring, training, and developing team members to meet performance standards.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
