Position Summary...

The Manager, Sourcing role leads strategic sourcing initiatives by managing supplier relationships, negotiating pricing, and ensuring product quality and timely delivery. This role collaborates cross-functionally with retail teams and global partners to align sourcing strategies with business objectives while mitigating risks and optimizing costs. The manager oversees supplier assessments, factory capabilities, and capacity planning, providing guidance and mentorship to team members. The sourcing team collaborates closely with retail and supply partners to develop and execute strategic sourcing plans that ensure product quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency. This team manages supplier relationships, conducts assessments, and negotiates agreements to meet business objectives. Members leverage market insights and cross-functional partnerships to optimize sourcing processes and mitigate risks. The team fosters continuous improvement through coaching, knowledge sharing, and adoption of innovative tools. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Project Management certification.
