Role summary:

About the team:
The team leads process improvement initiatives for Upstream Facility Services, focusing on optimizing tools and equipment management. They oversee supplier relationships, monitor key performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration. By partnering with Field Operations, Procurement, Finance, Technology, and Safety teams, they align priorities and enhance operational efficiency. The team leverages advanced analytics and AI to support proactive decision-making, cost optimization, and process standardization. Their efforts ensure service quality, cost control, and sustainable improvements across the tools and equipment lifecycle, contributing to the organization’s operational excellence.
What you'll do:
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance key business functions and achieve organizational goals.
  • Analyze data to assess current performance, identify gaps, and recommend sustainable solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on improvement strategies and communicate changes effectively to stakeholders.
  • Lead change management projects, ensuring readiness, managing expectations, and driving adoption of new processes.
  • Monitor program performance against metrics, addressing post-implementation issues and refining solutions as needed.
  • Provide guidance on policies, controls, and best practices to support operational excellence.
  • Manage global projects by applying industry best practices and adapting to evolving business trends.

What you'll bring:
  • Proven expertise in process improvement and change management to drive operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to conduct root cause analysis and develop sustainable solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience in continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Demonstrated capability to communicate effectively with various business partners and influence decision-makers.
  • Experience managing large projects and adapting strategies to evolving industry best practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
