The Director, Technical Program Management leads the planning and execution of complex, large-scale technical programs, ensuring alignment across multiple teams and business areas. • Lead the planning and execution of large-scale technical programs, managing cross-functional dependencies and resource alignment to meet delivery goals.
• Define and drive end-to-end system solution designs, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve ambiguities, and implement process improvements to enhance program efficiency and outcomes.
• Mentor and guide team members on best practices in program management, technical design, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to secure buy-in, align priorities, and communicate program status through data-driven insights.
• Promote automation and tooling to increase engineering velocity and reduce operational overhead.

• Extensive experience in program and project management, including planning, risk mitigation, and delivery of large-scale technical programs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Strong technical expertise in system design, cloud infrastructure, software and hardware lifecycles, and emerging technologies.
• Demonstrated skills in stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing to align priorities and drive consensus.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
