Position Summary...
Join our team as a Manager, Finance, and provide strategic input to the financial planning process. This role involves preparing financial analysis and modeling, recommending future expense targets, and planning and analyzing business performance in partnership with cross-functional areas. You will communicate with functional areas to understand significant variations, document and prepare results for presentation, and provide follow-up or answer financial queries. Additionally, you will manage complex control structures to mitigate financial misstatement risks and enhance the transparency of financial reporting.About the Team

Lead strategic input into the financial planning process by overseeing complex financial analysis and modeling, setting expense targets, and guiding business performance in partnership with cross-functional leadership.
What you'll do...
- Partner with senior stakeholders to evaluate business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and influence strategic decisions.
- Communicate financial insights, key drivers, and recommendations to senior and executive leadership, including preparing and delivering presentations.
- Oversee and enhance complex control structures to mitigate the risk of financial misstatement, ensuring strong governance and transparency across financial systems.
- Drive the development of scalable processes and frameworks by leading cross-functional initiatives and ensuring proper controls across new and existing financial functions.
What you’ll bring:
- Financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data.
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Proven ability to build business cases and influence decision-making at multiple levels.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, including executive-ready presentations and data visualization.
- Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with financial systems and data tools (e.g., PowerBI, reporting tools, or SQL-based environments).
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and a focus on delivering results.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
