Role summary:
The Manager, Project Management leads multiple medium-scale projects by collaborating with stakeholders to develop and deliver effective solutions aligned with business objectives. The position requires fostering strong relationships with sponsors and teams, promoting continuous improvement, and upholding company standards of integrity and ethics. About the team:
The HVACR Procurement team ensures efficient store environments by sourcing key systems and materials essential for refrigerated operations. This team specializes in procuring refrigerated cases, refrigeration systems, EMS controls, HVAC equipment, structural roof curbs, and insulated walk-in panels. Combining technical expertise with strong cross-functional collaboration, the team directly influences store performance, energy efficiency, and customer experience. Members manage projects with clear communication, stakeholder engagement, and effective planning to deliver reliable solutions that support business goals and operational excellence.
What you'll do:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements and expectations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess costs, establish return on investment, and secure management approval for resource allocation.
  • Create and execute communication plans detailing status updates, frequency, and distribution to relevant parties.
  • Manage multiple projects or work streams by developing and communicating project plans, schedules, and adhering to project management standards.
  • Monitor project budgets, costs, milestones, and transitions, identifying and escalating changes as needed.
  • Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities to team members to support performance and growth.

  • Proven experience in managing multiple medium-scale projects or work streams with strong project management skills.
  • Expertise in developing and communicating detailed project plans, schedules, and status updates to stakeholders.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives and resource allocation.
  • Strong communication skills to create and execute comprehensive communication plans tailored to project needs.
  • Proficiency in assessing project costs, monitoring budgets, and managing changes to minimize impact.
  • Demonstrated capability in mentoring and developing team members to achieve project and organizational goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.
1 year’s experience working in cross-functional teams.
