What you'll do:
  • Manage multiple operational work streams by designing project plans, organizing timelines, and facilitating stakeholder meetings to implement initiatives effectively.
  • Develop and communicate project requirements, status updates, and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery and corrective actions.
  • Analyze data to identify root causes, recommend solutions, and support decision-making aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and improve processes, tools, and methodologies that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Lead the implementation of business solutions, ensuring compliance with policies and driving execution to meet performance metrics.
  • Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities to associates, fostering accountability and continuous learning.

  • Proven experience in managing operational projects, including planning, execution, and resource allocation.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
