Role summary:
The Director, Chief of Staff & Strategic Execution, serves as a strategic and operational partner to leadership across the AI, Product, and Design organization. This role drives day-to-day execution against leadership priorities by managing executive cadences, coordinating follow-ups, and leading high-impact, rapid-response projects. Responsibilities include developing executive-ready communications, whitepapers, and leadership materials; tracking progress against key initiatives; and ensuring organizational priorities remain aligned and on track. The Director partners across Business, Product, Design, and Technology to improve visibility, accountability, and execution focus in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
About the team:
The team functions as the strategic execution and operating engine for the AI, Product, and Design organization. Collaborating across Business, Product, and Technology, it translates enterprise strategy into clear operating models, prioritized roadmaps, and actionable programs that drive measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities include leadership support, operating model design, product operations, strategic planning, and cross-functional program execution. The team brings structure, alignment, and delivery rigor to complex transformation initiatives, ensuring effective business planning, change management, and cross-functional leadership to support organizational goals and continuous improvement.
What you'll do:
  • Drive strategic execution support for leadership across the AI, Product, and Design organization.
  • Lead operational cadences, cross-functional coordination, and follow-ups to keep priorities aligned and on track.
  • Manage rapid-response and high-impact initiatives, translating leadership direction into actionable outcomes.
  • Develop executive-ready communications, whitepapers, presentations, and leadership materials.
  • Partner across Business, Product, Design, and Technology to improve visibility into progress, risks, and execution health.
  • Identify operational gaps and drive actions that improve organizational effectiveness and accountability.
  • Foster strong cross-functional partnerships and a high-performing, collaborative team environment.

What you'll bring:
  • Proven ability to drive strategic execution across complex, cross-functional organizations.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across Business, Product, Design, and Technology teams.
  • Experience managing multiple high-priority initiatives with strong execution discipline and accountability.
  • Excellent communication skills, including executive-ready presentations, whitepapers, and strategic narratives.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and operational management capabilities.
  • Experience establishing operating cadences, tracking mechanisms, and visibility frameworks.
  • Ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity and business outcomes.
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field and 6 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 8 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience
