  • Partner with Product, Tech, Operations, eCommerce and Field teams to define requirements and deliver operational solutions
  • Drive stakeholder alignment through project updates, presentations, and communication plans
  • Analyze operational performance, identify process gaps, and recommend scalable improvements
  • Lead pilots and proof-of-concepts to validate solutions before broader rollout
  • Develop project documentation including SOPs, process maps, business cases, and implementation guides
  • Track KPIs, project milestones, dependencies, and business impact metrics
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through automation, standardization, and operational optimization
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects, operations initiatives, or program management efforts
  • Strong project management skills including planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and execution
  • Experience working in retail, fulfillment, supply chain, or high-volume operational environments preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to drive decisions
  • Experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Jira, Smartsheet, or Visio
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence across teams
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support pilots, implementations, and field observations
