About the Team The Process Improvement team partners across business functions to optimize operational performance, drive scalable solutions, and support enterprise transformation initiatives. The team focuses on simplifying processes, improving associate and customer experiences, and enabling sustainable business growth through strategic change management and operational excellence. What You'll Do…

• Lead enterprise process improvement and transformation initiatives by identifying operational gaps, developing scalable solutions, and driving execution across cross-functional teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to implement change management strategies, improve adoption, and ensure sustainable process improvements aligned to business objectives.
• Analyze operational performance, metrics, and business data to identify improvement opportunities and influence strategic decision-making.
• Manage end-to-end project execution from pilot through implementation, including risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and performance tracking.
• Develop and mentor teams by fostering collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, and a high-performance culture.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
