Position Summary The Senior Manager, Process Improvement leads large-scale transformation initiatives that simplify operations, improve efficiency, and drive sustainable business outcomes across complex functions. This role partners cross-functionally to identify opportunities, redesign processes, implement change strategies, and influence operational best practices using data-driven insights. The ideal candidate brings strong program leadership, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement expertise to deliver measurable impact across the business. About the Team The Process Improvement team partners across business functions to optimize operational performance, drive scalable solutions, and support enterprise transformation initiatives. The team focuses on simplifying processes, improving associate and customer experiences, and enabling sustainable business growth through strategic change management and operational excellence. What You'll Do…- Lead enterprise process improvement and transformation initiatives by identifying operational gaps, developing scalable solutions, and driving execution across cross-functional teams.
- Partner with stakeholders to implement change management strategies, improve adoption, and ensure sustainable process improvements aligned to business objectives.
- Analyze operational performance, metrics, and business data to identify improvement opportunities and influence strategic decision-making.
- Manage end-to-end project execution from pilot through implementation, including risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and performance tracking.
- Develop and mentor teams by fostering collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, and a high-performance culture.
- Experience leading large-scale process improvement, operational excellence, or transformation initiatives within complex organizations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business solutions.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, lead change management efforts, and drive organizational alignment.
- Experience managing projects, developing implementation strategies, and delivering measurable business results.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience coaching teams, developing talent, and building collaborative partnerships.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
