Role summary:The Senior Manager, Realty Project Management and Design, leads the delivery of multiple remodel and adaptation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, budgets, and brand standards. About the team:
The team oversees a portfolio of concurrent drone real estate projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, brand standards, schedules, and approved capital budgets. They develop and manage scopes of work by translating drone requirements into actionable design and construction plans while balancing capital constraints. The team coordinates cross-functional partners to drive project execution, monitors progress, and addresses challenges proactively. Focused on delivering quality outcomes, they implement process improvements and maintain standardized governance practices. This group plays a key role in advancing project delivery efficiency and supporting strategic capital planning within the Realty Project Management function.
What you'll do:
- Oversee a portfolio of remodel and adaptation projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and manage project scopes, translating requirements into actionable design and construction plans.
- Establish and maintain schedules and budgets, tracking milestones and reallocating resources as needed.
- Lead design strategy, ensuring compliance with standards, codes, and permitting requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to drive aligned project execution.
- Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Mentor project management staff and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency.
What you'll bring:
- Extensive experience managing multiple concurrent realty projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and aligned with business objectives.
- Proven ability to develop and manage project scopes, translating business needs into actionable design and construction plans.
- Strong knowledge of design management, regulatory compliance, and permitting processes across local and state jurisdictions.
- Expertise in coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to drive project alignment and execution.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring project management staff and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting to senior leadership and resolving complex design and permitting challenges.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
