The Manager, Specialty Compliance & Ethics Controlled Substance Compliance plays a pivotal role in protecting the business while enabling growth. This role leads compliance and regulatory governance across high impact areas, translating complex laws and emerging regulations into practical, operational solutions. It’s an opportunity for a strategic, execution focused leader to influence decision making, guide teams, and ensure integrity, efficiency, and trust across the organization.About the Specialty Compliance & Ethics Team:
The Specialty Compliance & Ethics team partners across the business to proactively manage regulatory risk and strengthen ethical decision making. The team monitors evolving laws, conducts risk and trend analysis, and develops governance strategies that align with business priorities. This role directly supports leadership by delivering insights, driving operational discipline, and helping the company anticipate and adapt to regulatory change.
What you'll do...
- Oversee compliance and ethics activities by monitoring regulations, answering inquiries, and identifying risk gaps
- Develop and update policies, SOPs, and governance documentation in partnership with leadership
- Analyze trends, manage reports, and communicate findings to senior leaders with actionable recommendations
- Lead regulatory assessments, including impact analysis and prioritization
- Requires up to 70% domestic travel to support field operations, conduct on‑site assessments, partner with stakeholders, and drive consistent execution across locations.
- This is a field-based position; preference to candidates residing in Western United States
- Experience in compliance, ethics, regulatory analysis, or legal/pharmacy risk management
- Proven ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into operational processes
- Strong data analysis, reporting, and executive‑level communication skills
- Experience partnering cross‑functionally and guiding teams through change

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
